Celebrate the Mississippi Bicentennial Mosaics Camp

On December 10, 1817, the great state of Mississippi was admitted into statehood, becoming the 20th state in the growing nation of the United States of America. In order to celebrate, mosaics artist Corley Marsalis will be offering a 5-day camp for young craftsmen of any skill level. While the finished project is a surprise, the mosaic will incorporate elements of Mississippi's culture, history, symbols, and imagery, blending them into one beautiful framed piece that represents this important 200th anniversary…
