Joe Partridge, Jr. is a furniture maker, sculptor, instrument maker, inventor, designer, and graphic artist who is inspired by patterns in mathematics and physics. He specializes in intricate shapes created from a variety of exotic and domestic materials. Joe is co-owner of the Famous Drum Company, and he currently holds two U.S. patents for his inventions of percussion instruments. Joe has done everything from designing and building heirloom furnishings, to creating wood sculptures, to crafting the set of twelve reproduction Senate chairs for the Old Capitol Museum renovation. Joe is a modern Renaissance man.
