Continental Knitting   Most Americans learn to knit English style (carrying working yarn in the right hand), but ribbing, colorwork, and knitting in general can be much easier when you carry your yarn in your left hand. You can make a crib sized heirloom quilt using outgrown or worn out baby or children's clothing. Students will learn basic machine sewing skills, piecing techniques, quilt assembly and finishing.
